Bryan: Hi, I am a college student in Ontario, Canada and I host a weekly metal radio show on the college station, as well I am a big Anthrax fan. If possible, could I ask you some questions during your shift?
John: Sure, just be patient w/ responses.
Bryan: How did you get involved with KNAC.com? Have you had a lot of experience doing DJ work?
John: Doing some fill in made me really enjoy it, now I'm a permanent replacement.
Bryan: You worked with Chris Barnes from SFU on their cover album and sang on the Scorpions cover of “Blackout”. What was it like working with a musician that makes music slightly different to the style of Anthrax?
John: Six feet under rule.
Bryan: Are you a Scorpions fan?
John: Scorpions are legends
Bryan: Anthrax has worked with Beavis and Butthead. What was that like?
John: Great, Mike Judge is a super genius.
Bryan: What bands influenced you to make the music that you make and what kind of bands do you currently listen to?
John: I like everything from metal to old soul
Bryan: SOD are going to be performing at the Thrash Of The Titans. Will you be there?
John: Yes I'll be there. Anthrax are performing too.
Bryan: Testament fan?
John: Sure, I'm bummed about chuck.
Bryan: Scott Ian, produced Killing Culture’s CD. Do you ever plan on producing a bands album?
John: No, not now at least.
Bryan : Do you have any future plans with making music? Any new Anthrax or Armored Saint coming out soon?
John: A Saint rarities record coming out July 24th.
Bryan: How’s the other guys in the Anthrax? Charlie just got married. Did you attend the wedding?
John: Yes it was great.
Bryan: Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. Any last words you would like to say to your many fans in Ontario?
John: You may see us w/ Judas Priest in the fall.

During the chat, people were bashing Lars and talking about how Metallica sold out. This is what John said in Metallica’s defense.
John: Lars takes a lot of grief people.
John: He's done a lot for metal don't you think?
John: Come on he's fucking Lars from Metallica.
John: Most bands have assholes.
John: Without Lars’ contribution to music none of us would be here.
John: Hey he's got a right to his opinion.
Another person in the chat room asked: But Metallica's Cliff I think was more important to the band than Lars....
John: I don't know about that.
The conversation also went to Lars’s appearance on “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?”
Person in chat room: Why not Scott Ian on Millionaire?
John: He would kick everyone's ass.
John: He's very intelligent.
Regarding growing his hair long:
John: I haven't cut my hair in a while, just been lazy.
